Santa Fun Run 2012

Following on from the success of our Santa Fun 2011 we are planning for a bigger and better Santa Fun Run on Saturday 24th November 2012. Registration will commence in Rochester Castle Gardens from 12.30. This year we will be starting at 2.00pm with a parade of Santas led by the Mayor of Medway along Rochester High Street to Star Hill. The Santa Fun Run will start from the Star Hill end of the High Street and finish at Rochester Castle Gardens.

Entry fee remains at £10 and includes a Santa suit for all applicants (2 sizes are available an adult and a junior size for children under the age of 12. We are also looking to encourage group entries with a £30 entry fee for the first 4 entrants plus £7.50 per additional person. Each participant will be raising funds for the designated Rotary Charity of Rotary Children’s Hospice Holidays but can also stipulate other charities (up to 50% of their raised sponsorship) to be allocated to a charity of their choice.

There will be activities taking place from 11.00am within the castle gardens before the ‘race’ begins and options to enjoy a buffet afterwards as part of your whole day out experience.
